As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve Houston Methodist was interested in ensuring the hospital was effectively positioning its services to grow share of mind presence and share.


Our Approach

As a preliminary step in developing a new creative strategy BrandExplorers conducted exploratory qualitative research (i.e., focus groups) to understand opportunities to effectively position and grow Houston Methodist Hospital. Working closely with the agency of record the findings from the research served as a key input to develop a new creative strategy.

Our research successfully identified several unique opportunities to effectively position and differentiate Houston Methodist Hospital. In turn the agency developed a new creative strategy that led to the most successful campaign in the hospital’s history.
